AfterAllCare Mobile PT is a home-based physical therapy practice serving St. Petersburg, Florida. Russ Clifford, PT provides one-on-one care in the comfort and convenience of the patient's home.
We work with a wide variety of patients, from seniors seeking to improve balance, stability, and mobility for independence to athletes recovering from sports injuries.
Visits are available within a 20–30 minute travel radius of downtown St. Petersburg. Each visit is dedicated exclusively to one patient.
Depending on the patient's needs, treatment may include individualized therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, Astym, dry needling, and advanced photobiomodulation (laser) therapy.
Meet Russ Clifford, PT
With 30 years as a licensed physical therapist and 20 years as a private practice owner, the name AfterAllCare pays tribute to my former business, AllCare Physical Therapy. I’ve built my career helping people restore movement, relieve pain, and get back to activities they love. My expertise spans orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, gait and balance, and injury management, allowing me to tailor care to each patient’s unique goals.
I work with patients of all ages and abilities — from athletes striving for peak performance to individuals recovering from surgery, injury, or chronic conditions such as gait impairments, balance loss or persistent pain. My approach blends proven techniques with personalized attention, empowering each patient to take an active role in their recovery — all in the comfort and convenience of your home.
Care at the Patient's Home
The therapist comes to the patient. A visit can include therapeutic exercise, functional activities, manual therapy, photobiomodulation (laser), dry needling, and Astym.
AfterAllCare Mobile PT accepts Medicare and select commercial insurance, plus cash-pay. Patients reach the practice by phone or email. There is no online booking and no store.
